The automatic coil winding machine can wind the coil with maximum height 250mm. The automatic coil winding machine is provided with main winding motor, wire guide, touch screen, a foot pedal and so on. The wire guide is driven by 750w servo motor, which guarantees the excellent start - stop actions. The touch screen is colored one, there is a user friendly interface and the parameters can be input through the touch screen. With PLC based on control system and HMI, the automatic coil winding machine can be operated easily.
