Automatic reactor core cutting machine DHJ300 is mainly used to cut silicon steel to make reactor core, which can punch holes on the sheet if needing. The cutting and punching actions are driven by servo motor, which guarantees the accuracy of the action. The cutter and shearing blade adopt carbide cutter knife with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness, regrinding after more than 5 million cuts. With PLC control system, it is very easy to operate the machine through a touch screen.
